It allows everyone to view and track the progress of projects, send and upload important files and also provides everyone with a support system so we can better assist you.
For the past few months we have been trying out a few different Client Areas (3 to be exact). We apologize for all the inconvenience this has caused with resending and resetting of usernames and passwords but we are happy to say we have settled on a reliable system to help everyone.

Our new system will allow you to view, upload and download files, make comments, provide us with feedback, see invoices and remaining balances, track progress and many other things.

You can access the Client Area by going to the main page (www.9795designs.com) or by going directly to the login page here.
Current Clients will be able to use their Username and Passwords to access this area now. For those Clients who currently do not have a ongoing project with us but would like to view, download or make a support ticket for a previous project will need to email us for a new Username and Password.

We encourage you to use the new Client Area instead of emailing us. This helps us keep track of things and it will be the fastest way to help everyone out.
